Applications for 2026 Summer/Fall NOW OPEN!!!
Waitlist Information:
As of June 1, 2026, Centennial Village and College Courts Townhouses are fully occupied for the 2026 Summer/Fall and 2027 Winter/Spring terms. We are currently managing a waitlist and will continue to offer spaces as they become available.
Students who apply to Olds College Residence will be placed on our waitlist. If a room becomes available, Residence Services will email to notify you. Once you have received the notification you will have 24 hours to respond. Applications must be completed in order to go on the waitlist.

The personal information provided is collected under Section 4(c) of Alberta’s Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and will be protected under Section 10 and will be used and disclosed in accordance with sections 12 and 13 of the Act. It will be used by Olds College Residence Services and Conference Services for the purpose of reviewing and administering Olds College’s campus services and ancillary programs. Information collected may be transmitted to and stored on servers outside of Olds College, Alberta and Canada and Olds College cannot guarantee protection against disclosures as a consequence of foreign laws. Olds College may use automated systems in processing this collection of personal information. To get started, click:
- Returning Students - "Login" if you have lived in residence before, or
- New Students - "First Time Login" if you are new to residence.
Both options are located in the grey bar above. If this is your first time logging into the portal, you’ll be prompted to upgrade your credentials.
Troubleshooting the Portal:
If you're experiencing issues accessing the Application Portal, please try the following:
- Use the email address you used to apply to Olds College - Commonly this will be your personal email
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from residenceservices@oldscollege.ca
- If you haven’t received an email, use the Forgot Password option to reset your password. A reset email will be sent — note that the link is only valid for 1 hour, so only initiate this when you're ready.
- Once your password is reset, use the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen (do not use the "First Time Login" button).
- Clear your browser cookies and temporary files if issues persist.
